EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at rene.vuga5@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Our products ship directly from our suppliers. Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at rene.vuga5@gmail.com.
